Continuing Education
As a referral associate, your real estate license must be active with the state of Texas and remain in good standing.

The Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) requires continuing education and payment of licensing to maintain an active license.

Referral Fee Income Potential

The referral fee is a minimum of 25% off the top of

the total commission on the referred side.

FOR EXAMPLE:

$500,000 sale price x 3% = $15,000

Referral fee is 25% of $12,000 = $3,750

Referral Associate split is 80% of the 25% referral fee, or $3,000

RealAlumni split is 20% of the referral fee, or $750

Fee Structure:

$100 annual fee

No local, state, or national association dues

No errors and omissions insurance or MLS fees

Continuing Education (CE) must be kept current
